Steps to Withdraw Funds
Go to the Wallet Tab
Navigate to your Profile page and select the Wallet tab.
Click Withdraw to start your withdrawal request.
Add Bank or Wallet (Optional but Recommended)
For fiat withdrawals, you can save your bank account to speed up future withdrawals.
For crypto withdrawals, you can save your wallet address for quick selection next time.
Saved accounts or wallets create a shortcut and make the withdrawal process faster and easier.
Choose Your Bank or Crypto Wallet
Select the saved account or wallet, or enter a new one.
Make sure the information is correct to avoid delays.
Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Only your Withdrawable Balance can be withdrawn.
Funds from Locked Balance (e.g., bonuses tied to turnover requirements) will remain unavailable until requirements are met.
Verify With OTP
Hit the Send OTP button.
Check your verified email address for the OTP.
Enter the OTP to confirm your withdrawal request.
Submit Your Request
Click Submit to complete your withdrawal request.
Your request will be reviewed by our team. Once approved, funds will be transferred to your selected bank account or crypto wallet.
