Before you can request a withdrawal, please ensure your account is fully verified. Verification is an important step to protect your account and comply with regulations.

Once your account is verified, follow these steps to withdraw your funds:
Go to the Wallet Tab
Navigate to your Profile page and select the Wallet tab. Here, you will find the Withdraw option.Choose Your Bank
Select the bank you wish to use for the withdrawal. Make sure to provide the correct account number where the funds will be sent.
Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Input the amount you want to withdraw. Please note:Only your Withdrawable Balance can be withdrawn.
Funds from your Locked Balance (e.g., bonuses tied to turnover requirements) will remain unavailable until the requirements are met.
Submit Your Request
After entering the details, submit your withdrawal request. Your request will be reviewed, and funds will be transferred to your selected bank account once approved.
