What is a Turnover Requirement?
A turnover requirement (also called a wagering requirement) is the total amount you need to bet before you can withdraw any winnings from a bonus. This rule helps ensure that bonuses are used for playing games rather than being withdrawn immediately.
How Turnover Requirements Work
When you claim a promotion, you must wager a specific multiple of:
The bonus amount, or
The deposit + bonus amount, depending on the promotion terms.
Once the required turnover is completed, any remaining balance from the bonus can then be withdrawn.
Example Calculations
Scenario 1: Bonus Only
You receive a 100 MYR bonus with a 35× turnover requirement.
Required turnover:
100 MYR × 35 = 3,500 MYR
This means you must place bets totaling 3,500 MYR before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus.
Scenario 2: 200% Bonus + 100 Free Spins
You deposit 50 MYR and receive a 200% bonus, which gives you 100 MYR bonus, plus 100 free spins.
Total balance:
50 MYR (deposit) + 100 MYR (bonus) = 150 MYR
Required turnover:
150 MYR × 35 = 5,250 MYR
Once the 5,250 MYR wagering requirement is completed, any remaining balance will become eligible for withdrawal.
